Jodie brings 15 years of experience, 10 with an international CPA firm, in serving public and privately held companies in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, real estate, services, and hospitality.  She has experience in all phases of corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance and consulting issues, including mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax issues, not-for-profit reporting, accounting for deferred taxes, and expatriate taxation.  Jodie graduated from the University of Utah with both her Masters of Professional Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting.  Jodie has served on the board for the Utah chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and is the current President of the Utah affiliate of the American Woman’s Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She is a member of both the AICPA and the UACPA.  Jodie currently resides in Draper with her husband, Derek, and their two children.
