As an Audit and Assurance Services partner at Tanner LC, Mark specializes in serving SEC reporting companies and companies that are considering, preparing for, or in the process of becoming public. Mark served for two years in the Division of Corporation Finance of the Securities Exchange Commission. As an employee of the SEC, Mark reviewed numerous IPO's, repeat offerings and periodic reports and was heavily involved in the issuance and subsequent resolution of SEC comments.

Prior to the SEC, Mark worked for four years at Tanner LC in audit and assurance services. He is a graduate of Utah State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
