Todd is a partner in the Assurance Services Department serving public and privately held companies in various industries including technology, transportation, manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, hospitality, mining, energy, healthcare, not-for-profit, insurance industries, and employee benefit plans. Todd has experience in a wide variety of business and advisory services, including audit services for public and private companies, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and has assisted various clients with public and private debt offerings. 

Todd is a graduate of Brigham Young University, receiving a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree and a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting. Todd has served in the community as a Boy Scout leader and as a youth soccer and basketball coach. He is a member of the AICPA and UACPA. Todd and his wife, Kim, have four children.
