Tanner LLC, a certified public accounting firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Dudley to Partner in Tanner’s Audit and Assurance Services practice.
Jonathan specializes in serving companies in manufacturing/distribution, real estate, consumer products, funds, non-profits, and technology-based industries. He brings an unusual combination of skills in serving both privately held as well as public entities and has a background in private equity, IPOs, Sarbanes-Oxley, SEC compliance reporting and annual audits, including employee benefit plans. Jonathan has worked with organizations of all sizes with GAAP accounting standards and other financial accounting needs. His passion is creating winning relationships, being responsive to clients, and helping serve their needs.
Jonathan joined Tanner in 2008 and has been in public accounting for over 15 years. Prior to joining Tanner, Jonathan spent four years with a Big 4 accounting firm in Salt Lake City. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah, an M.B.A. from Weber State University, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
